Here we are at the Super Wal-Mart. These guys are the masters at the "store in a box" concept. Every Super Wal-Mart I have been in looks almost exactly the same. While I was waiting for my wife to get "Just one more thing....", I was thinking about the management challenges to handle thousands of 100,000 sq ft stores. The company I work for has 8 stores at about 3,000 sq ft each. Talk about a difference in scale...
