It's a conspiracy, I tell you!
So let me get this straight. I "have to" do Jury Duty or else be fined
and maybe go to jail. But in order to do it I must send this Federal
document through a Federal carrier to a Federal organization... And I
still have to pay for the postage. Scammed.
