U of MN Networks and Neighborhoods in Cyberspace
http://www.networksincyberspace.org/ is a great day long conference being sponsored by the University of Minnesota. The results of a survey of 1200 low income studies is still being analyzed, however Christine Geenhow reports some general conclusions can be discussed. More on the formal report is still to come.
