    Couch to 5K: 3 Minutes is a Long Time

    Second day of week 3 of the Couch to 5K running program. This week the total number of minutes stays the same, but the length of run increases to 3 minutes. Whew!! After that 3 minutes my legs are tight. I probably need to have someone check out my running style and see if I'm doing it right. That's my goal for next week.
