PERSEPOLIS: The graphic novel that's a movie.

I am dying to see this film: http://www.sonypictures.com/…ersepolis/. The book was one of the best examples of everything a graphic novel ought to be. The art really tells the story in this one and her symbolism goes way, way beyond the mere depiction of events. If you've never read a graphic novel but have some curiosity about this vibrant form, I recommend watching one in PERSEPOLIS and then maybe reading it. Word is, it's a great experience: http://pwbeat.publishersweekly.com/…s-popular/
