Today I took Shara to the store to replace the DVD we destroyed in the microwave. We got a yoga for beginners DVD. I even told her that I'd be happy to join her in the yoga if she wished. I've never done it, but I just heard this last weekend that after a while your body learns to stay untight (word?). I think that it will help me with my back.
