This is my new stove top espresso maker. It brews one cup at a time, and is a great way to brew any coffee. Espresso refers to the fineness of the grind and the brew method. Espresso is brewed by forcing steam and super hot watter through the finely ground coffee, extracting the oils and creating a dark, rich brew.
